Showcase Your Top Picks and Profiles In Your Link In Bio

We all know that fashion is cyclical—skinny jeans are out (until they’re not), wide-leg jeans are in (until they’re not), and big sunglasses go in and out of style every 20 years or so—but the same holds true for technology.

There was MySpace—a super customizable and personalized site all about you—and now there’s the Link in Bio. Not only do we give you the tools to create a Link in Bio page dedicated to just you, but we’re bringing back the Top 8. That’s right, 2000s nostalgia meets Link in Bio with our new app that reignites the excitement and anticipation of finding yourself in a coveted spot on your friends’ Top 8 lists.

Here’s how to get started in just four easy steps:

1 – Add Top 8 to your Link in Bio.

Visit the Koji App Store link here to add it. Add a title for your Top 8 and then tap “Publish” – no extra set-up required!

2 – Add Profiles

Now comes the fun part: populating your Top 8 with the profiles you want to feature. Go to your Koji profile and scroll down until you see the Top 8 app you just added. When you tap on it, you’ll see where you can start adding friends. Simply enter their Koji handle (e.g. @koji) and then tap “Next”. Now you can add a nickname for the person and also a description of them so your followers (and friends) know who they are and why they’re featured. Tap “Save” and now they’re on your profile!

NOTE: Each person you feature must have a Koji profile, so if there’s someone you really want to have up there, encourage them to make their own profile

3 – Customize the Look

You’re almost done! Once you’ve added the profiles you want (this can be anywhere from 1 to 8), you can reorder the list and then add a theme. Lean into the 2000s nostalgia with the colorful, bubblegum pop theme, or modernize it with a sleek, scrollable feed. You can even flip through a stack of polaroids or explore a solar system of profiles! The creative and unique themes we offer will let you customize your list, show off your friends the way you want, and really make your Top 8 pop.

4 – Publish and Promote

After you’ve added all of the profiles you want and perfected the visuals, tap “Done” to publish your new app to your Link in Bio. Now you can easily direct your friends and fans to check out your list and see who made the cut. But don’t worry, you can add, remove, and edit friends at any point by going to your app and tapping “Edit Friends” up top. Let your Top 8 app reflect you and your community, no matter how much they change!

Are you using Top 8 in your Koji profile? Who are you featuring? We’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, feature requests, and bugs. Twitter is the easiest place to get in touch – we’re @madewithkoji, and we can’t wait to see what you do with this new app.
