Checking out on Koji is quick and easy. Whether you’re ready to purchase your favorite seller’s products or want to see what checkout looks like from a customer’s perspective, we’ll walk you through the Koji checkout experience below.
What Is A Koji?
A Koji is a type of interactive media that can help you sell your products, downloads, services or premium content. To create a Koji, simply select a template and customize before sharing the unique URL on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, or anywhere else!
Checking Out On Koji In 3 Simple Steps
Ready to purchase some items from your favorite Koji sellers? Here’s exactly what you can expect from the checkout process:
1. Pick a Product
To start, find a product from your favorite seller. Koji enables sellers to monetize anything from baking recipes to DIY design plans, so there’s plenty to choose from! You can purchase products directly on your phone or computer inside of any app or browser.
2. Select Your Payment Method
Once you’ve found your product of choice, it’s time to select your payment method. Exisiting Koji users can checkout using money from their KojiPay Wallet or checkout using Apple Pay, credit, or debit cards.
Non-Koji users can check out directly with Apple Pay, credit, or debit cards. Transactions will show up immediately once the “buy now” or “unlock” button is selected.
3. Download Your Product
Once you’re purchases your product, a pop-up will appear prompting you to download your item(s). On your phone or tablet, you can select downloads to retrieve products after you’ve completed the checkout process.
Exited out of your browser? Not to worry, your downloads are linked in the receipt sent to your email address.
Note that certain Kojis like Shoutout may prompt you to provide additional details to help a seller deliver their custom product after purchase. These Kojis require customers to have a Koji account to track the progress and completion of their orders.
And that’s it! Enjoy using your new products from your favorite Koji sellers. Still having trouble? Check out our help center for more information on payments, transactions and how to use Koji as a seller or customer.
